Milton, Georgia is known for many things considered unique in today’s Atlanta area. From our equestrian flair, rolling split rail fences, old country stores, and fabulous red barns – to our big blue skies. Such wonderful attributes don’t just stop there. As with any city, the people themselves help define what an area is to them by the art they create here. With so many being passionate about our beautiful city, it is no wonder that The Milton Arts Committee or MAC, has been created.

MAC’s goal is to translate our home with the use of city inspired art created by you. Like drawing horses? Do you have a flare for pottery? Is photography your medium? Please come join us sometime and tell us about your work or collection. We are calling on anyone interested in developing a collection of public art that reflects the character of Milton. Your interpretations shall be displayed at our new City Hall. Donations of fine art and loans of private collections are being sought now.

MAC is responsible for reviewing, advocating and developing public art projects in the public domain for the City of Milton. It will develop a formal structure in which to create, develop and maintain public art as well as further public accessibility to the arts.
